Welcome to the Listening Time podcast.
I'm Connor from Polyglossa.com, and you're listening to episode 23 of the Listening Time podcast.
If this is your first time here, welcome.
I'm glad you found this podcast.
The purpose of this podcast is to help you improve your listening comprehension in English.
The way that it works is that in each episode, I talk about one or two topics, and I talk about them in a natural way, using natural words and expressions.
But I speak a little bit more slowly and a little bit more clearly than the average native speaker speaks.
In this way, you can understand me a little bit better, better than you can understand other native speakers.
So hopefully, after using this podcast as a tool to help you improve your listening, eventually you'll be able to understand me very well, and then you can move on to real podcasts made for english speakers.
And with each episode, you have the transcript available so you can access that in the details part of the episode.
This is also a great tool that will help you, because if you can't understand all the words or phrases that I'm saying, you can use the transcript and fill in those gaps.
The word gap just refers to a hole or a space.
So when you fill in the gaps, that means that you learn those things or fill in those holes that were there the first time.
So the transcript will help you do that.
So also remember to share this podcast with anyone else who might find it useful.
And please give it a like a rating, a review if you're listening on Apple podcasts.
So today I'm going to talk about creativity and innovation.
These two topics are related to each other, and they're both important.
So I thought they would be good topics to talk about in today's episode.
