Today I am really excited to chat with Jenny Tates.
Jenny is a clinical psychologist and an assistant clinical professor in psychiatry at UCLA.
She also writes for the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.
Her newest book is stress resets how to soothe your body and mind in minutes.
Jenny and I first met in a class I was teaching, and subsequently we've become friends and supporters of each other's work.
