  • My name is Matt Abrahams and I teach strategic communication at Stanford Graduate School of Business.

  • Today I am really excited to chat with Jenny Tates.

  • Jenny is a clinical psychologist and an assistant clinical professor in psychiatry at UCLA.

  • She also writes for the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal.

  • Her newest book is stress resets how to soothe your body and mind in minutes.
