For many years, Ted Hondritch has been grappling with the nature of consciousness.
We talk to him about his latest thoughts.
Ted Hondrik, welcome to philosophy Bites.
Thank you very much.
Very good to be in good company.
The topic we're going to focus on, what is it to be conscious?
So what is it to be conscious?
That's the question.
What is it for anything that's conscious, to be conscious, we need a clear question.
To start with, though, we need an adequate clarification, an initial clarification of what we're on about.
Philosophers don't have that.
Scientists certainly don't have that.
That's why they all disagree madly.
We can do better.
