I am sitting here with Anna Tyshinski, Andrew Hunter Murray and James Harkin.
And once again, we have gathered around the microphones with our four favorite facts from the last seven days.
And in no particular order, here we go.
Starting with fact number one, and that is my fact.
My fact this week is that there is a town in Russia that hosts an annual festival to celebrate mosquitoes.
The main event is the most delicious competition in which girls compete to see how many times they can get bitten by a mosquito after standing around for 20 minutes.
Now, I should say it's not one mosquito that's doing the fighting.
In actual fact, sometimes it's no mosquitoes.
So in 2014, this was the second version of this festival.
They did it next to the city pond, but it was so cold that all the mosquitoes had died.
And so it was a no scar draw in the end.
Everyone got no bites.
Can you lure mosquitoes to you?
No, there are kind of strict rules about this.
So this is in Berezniki, which is in the Ural mountains.
This is in Russia.
And you would send out these girls with their parents into a forest and they would go picking berries.
