a weekly podcast coming to you from the QI offices in Covent Garden.
My name is Dan Schreiber.
I'm sitting with James Harkin,
Andy Murray and Miller and a special guest today is Victoria Coron Mitchell who joins us
because our three Elves have been on Only Connect battling it out in the big competition.
They've got their quarterfinal match coming up this Monday the 23rd of February and so we thought we'd get Victoria in to reveal how little she knows.
The Elves possible exit from the series, I understand.
Don't worry, it cuts both ways.
You can laugh at what I don't know.
Yeah okay so once again we have gathered round with our four favorite facts from the last seven days and in no particular order here we go starting with Victoria.
My fact is that the actor Charles Hortree hoarded bedsteads in his house thinking
that one day he would make his fortune from them.
That's so good.
So okay Charles Hortree, massive British comedy actor, carry-on films, that was a big thing for him.
Charles Hortree was particularly known for the carry-on films.
I don't know if he ever did anything else.
He had a very particular acting style.
Let's just say it was good news for him that the carry-on films came along.
Even though he was wonderful, an extremely talented, very funny man, I don't know if people clamoured to see his Hamlet.
