Chinese museums say "No" to private guides

It is not uncommon for tour guides to bring up or even invent fun anecdotal stories to entertain their tour groups. But the National Museum of China says this is not permissible on its premise. Is there a reason why it is being so strict? On the show: Laiming, Niu Honglin & Ding Heng
