47 分钟Hey, it's your friend Mel.
And welcome to the Mel Robbins Podcast.
You know, I woke up today and I don't know if I was on the wrong side of the bed, but I was so annoyed about something and I just can't let it go.
Here's why I'm annoyed.
It's September.
I love September.
And the only two things that you and I celebrate when it's September is back to school season and pumpkin spice lattes.

You see, what I'm going to share with you today is that the Fall is the single best time of the year based on research for you to put yourself first, to be productive, to take care of your needs.
And you know why I'm annoyed?

January gets all the glory.
January has a ball drop.
And January even has a theme.
New Year, New you.
Well, I'm here to tell you things have got to change because September deserves some of that glory.
September is the single fastest, easiest time of the year for you to make a change and put yourself first.
And I'm not just saying this.
There are four reasons based on research that explain why fall creates this momentum and organization in your life.
