Britain's took 55 and a half million trips abroad last year alone.
And this year, an estimated 60% of people said they want to go away.
Yet with many people's income still squeezed, cost control is as crucial as ever.
And the real key to saving time and money when you go away is pre preparation.
If you leave it to the last minute, you will usually pay more.
So I want to go through today a huge list of things you should do now to slash the costs when you go away.
Let's start with an easy one, and probably the most important one, because if you're gonna go on holiday, you want to be allowed into the country.
And the passport rules for many people in the UK have changed over the last few years, partially because of Brexit, also because of people being tighter on what counts as an acceptable passport.
So this is what you want to do.
You want to go and get your passport and the passport of every member of your family.
