Do you feel stuck?
Do you feel overwhelmed with all the different things you could focus on to grow your business?
When we work with clients, there are four main areas we seek to help them improve, strategy, operations, team and mindset.
Let's go over those four areas for a moment and I want you to think about where you might be stuck, or at least where improvement is warranted and together will help figure out your next main focus.
Today we will go deep into your strategy, so I will share about that function.
Last, let's start with Ops.
What is operations?
Operations includes things like the systems in your business, the processes you use, the software you use, the automations you add, and the policies and procedures that guide how you do your work and how those who work for you should do theirs.
Whether or not you've had a name for it in the past, you have operations happening in your business.
You use software to do things that people might have once done or to automate tasks like booking appointments or sending out bulk emails.
You might have administrative systems, financial systems, hiring systems, project management systems, client onboarding systems.
Under systems we include time management.
So how you map out your ideal week and month, and how your team maps out their ideal week and month falls under the umbrella of operations.
Let's talk about team.
