friends.
Well, I don't know about you, but I sure learned a whole lot about Stevonna Evans in that last chapter.
Primarily, she has no problem taking on the people and the systems in charge of things.
She even won herself a city council seat.
So did her allies, a few of them.
So it's a new era.

The December 12 Atalanto City Council meeting of 2018 was a festive one.
The dais was decorated with a Christmas garland and red bows, and hanging above the heads of the council members was a giant wreath decked out with Christmas lights.
Thank you, Mayor Kerr, for your many years of service.
Four years.
Congratulations.
Every seat was filled and there was a crowd of people standing shoulder to shoulder in the back of the room.
Many of them were friends and family members of the newly elected council members and mayor who were about to be sworn into office.
Before I pray, I wanted to share.
