Last week on the dropout, we got a peek into how things at Theranos could be, at times a full on family affair.
When Elizabeth recruited her brother Christian and five of his fraternity buddies to join her at the company, they came to be known as the Therabros.
Where did you go to college?
Duke University.
Now, you came to the company because you knew Christian Holmes, who was your fraternity brother at Duke, correct?
Correct.
And there was more drama from the jury pool when a third juror was dismissed, this time for repeatedly playing the puzzle game Sudoku during witness testimony.
At this point, we have three jurors dismissed.
It's extremely troubling.
It brings us one step closer to a potential mistrial in this case, which would be devastating for the government.

When you see an actual doctored document with your own two eyes, I mean, that's almost impossible to rebut.
And so this was a huge moment for the government.
