Crowdstrike is one of the big companies that people go to when something goes wrong with their computer network and they don't know how to fix it themselves.
When North Korea hacked into Sony Pictures in 2014, executives asked Crowdstrike to help when hackers released a bunch of Hillary Clinton emails they had stolen from the Democratic National Committee.
Just two years later, it was Crowdstrike that traced it back to the russian government.
So people were stunned a couple of weeks ago when Crowdstrike ended up in the middle of this.

Ambulances are not impacted.
