Welcome back to another episode of my neighbors are dead.
I'm your host, Adam Peacock, and we're all familiar with the big names in horror.
Freddy, Jason, James U.
Rupert.
But who we're not familiar with are the ones just outside the terror, the ones who didn't get to tell their tales.
James U.
Rupert was a guy who, in 1975, he murdered eleven members of his own family on Easter.
That's a really bad way to spend the day.
Easter was much more fun for me when I was a kid.
Easter egg hunts.
And one year, my mom got me a really cool Easter basket.
It had the superman and Batman figures in it.
Those old school justice league ones, they were great, you know?
But I don't think when you plan an Easter holiday, whether it's getting a cool basket or you're going to murder your whole family, you don't really compete with other holidays.
You don't really think about what's coming down the pike.
But some people do.
You know, some people, it's not just a holiday.
It's their job.
And.
And maybe we need to shine a little more light and show them a little more appreciation of how hard they work.
