Adam heads back to Detroit to talk to a freelance digger and subterranean contractor (the return of the always hilarious Brian Huskey) about his specific line of work, keeping politics and permits out of the workplace, and the unfortunate events that occurred on Barbary Street in this Barbarian themed episode. Don't miss it!
Welcome back to another episode of my neighbors are dead.
I'm your host, Adam Peacock, and we're all familiar with the big names in horror.
Freddy, Jason, Lee Iacocca.
But who we're not familiar with are the ones just outside the terror, the ones who didn't get to tell their tales.
I feel bad about the Lee Iacocca thing.
I don't even know if he is a big horror villain.
But I'm from Michigan and just outside of Detroit, so I was trying to get a local reference because I got to go back home this week.
I get to talk to somebody who does a little bit of urban construction that I didn't even know was a field of work.
But apparently there's a lot of great opportunities if you want to build a huge, cavernous basement.
You know, my grandparents redid their basement, but I don't.
I.
It pales in comparison to what this guy does.
So I flew back home.
I talked to our guests this week.
Enjoy the show.
Welcome back to another episode of my neighbors are dead.
I'm your host, Adam Peacock, coming to you this week from my hometown.
I'm in Detroit, Michigan, and I am with retired miner Corey Mitchell.
Corey, thanks for being here.
Hey, thanks for coming on.
