It's back to beautiful Colorado for Adam as he talks to a chef and restaurant owner (the great Joe Nuñez) about his time at the Overlook Hotel, kitchen tips, and how to slaughter animals. Don't miss it! Welcome back to another episode of my neighbors are dead.
I'm your host, Adam Peacock, and we're all familiar with the big names and horror.
Freddy Jason, the killer chef from James Patterson's killer chef.
But who we're not familiar with are the ones just outside the terror, the ones who didn't get to tell their tales.
I think I've talked about it a bunch on here before, and I'm proud to say that I used to work at Carrabba's italian grill, and I took that job very seriously.
I was proud of it, you know, but I always thought I had it easy.
I was just on the floor.
I was just serving tables.
I wasn't actually making the food.
I wasn't prepping anything.
You know, that was the real stuff.
At least that's how it felt.
And all those guys, Ken, you know, everybody else, they all handle themselves so well in the back, and I think it's because they're professionals and they cared about what they did.
And they also never had to worry about a bunch of murder that could really throw off anybody's cooking game.
Chef game, line cook game, prep cook game.
And this week's guest had their game thrown off tremendously.
I traveled back to Colorado to the overlook.
Enjoy the show.
