I've got a strong visual imagination, but I could never in my mind, keep all those spatial dynamics in my head unless we had a tool.
For instance, we were under the wall rig.
We're on top of the wall rig in front of the back, and we were in the airspace around it.
And you could imagine the shots.
But to see how the one shot flowed into the next, you could do it, but you couldn't hold the whole sequence in your head.
And then as you're putting together in a way that's readable, then you can say, then you see the opportunity for something else.

Following a screening of the film at the DGA theater in Los Angeles, Miller spoke with director Edgar Wright about filming a Mad Max saga.
