It's not a real medical term.
But as I had so many women in my practice sitting across from me or women emailing me and writing to me on Facebook, I kept hearing this theme and it was actually a theme of repeated words.

I feel like I'm always in the on position.
I feel like I'm always just trying to keep up, you know, I'm like just trying to stay afloat.

Or maybe constantly chasing new goals but actually never feeling like you're coming close to them or feeling fulfilled?
Or maybe you struggle with focus or restlessness or emotional intensity?
Perhaps signs of neurodivergence.
