As is traditional, here is the episode of Newscast we broadcast on BBC1 on Thursday night where friends of the pod look back at the big political events of the week and maybe have a bit of a look forward to some big events for the weekend and next week too.
And because we recorded it on Halloween evening, you have to picture a pumpkin on the table in front of us all that has an amazing likeness of my face carved into it.
It's been carved by Ruben, who is the boyfriend of newscast producer Anna.
And I will be eternally grateful for the image which is seared onto my brain for the rest of my life.
