Hello and thank you for joining us today.
You may recognize this title.
It could have been the conversation, like for many of our listeners, drew you into Trauma Rewired.
But please don't go yet.
We have some things that we want to share with you.
This conversation, it was originally released in September 2022.
It's over two years old.
And even in its original form is the combination of two earlier episodes from season two where we explore what is complex trauma and explore all the output of complex trauma.
And so maybe you're new here to Trauma Rewired.
Welcome.
You're in for a great conversation.
But it's also time to update this conversation.
And so next week we're going to do that with a new release.
And so we thought it was important to include attachment, right?
Attachment is the root of complex trauma.
That was our big exploration in season three, and now we're in season four, exploring mental health through the lens of neurosomatic intelligence.
And over the course of two years, not only have we grown, but but the science has grown.
We know more, we have done more.
We are being more, if that makes sense.
And if it doesn't, then you will hear that more in next week's conversation.
