Good evening and welcome to the Sleepy Bookshelf, where we put down our worries from the day and pick up a good book.
I'm your host, Elizabeth.
It's so wonderful to have you here with me tonight.
We are continuing with Treasure island, but first let's take some time here to relax.
Take a big stretch where you are and give your body permission to release any tension still lingering from the day.
Breathe in through your nose and fill your stomach with a nice big breath before sighing it all out.
There's a theory I have shared with you before that to be attentive is to be who you want to be, and to relax is to be who you truly are.
So I want you now to put aside how you want the world to see you and to relieve yourself of any pressure to be anything other than your authentic self.
You are good enough and you have nothing left to do now but give yourself a good night's rest.
