The following podcast is a dear media production.
Hello, welcome to or welcome back to Turn It To Care.
I'm recording this podcast two days after Hurricane Melton has hit.
I live in Connecticut.
I don't live in any of the affected areas,
but I have just been watching all of the videos like my entire social media is filled with videos and posts from people affected.
And I, I can't even wrap my head around how much damage has been caused, how much people have lost.
I can't fathom what these people are going through.
I'm not sure how many of you that listen to the podcast live in Florida, or maybe you know someone who lives in Florida,
but if you've been affected or you know someone who's been affected,
please do not hesitate to reach out to me DM me, let me know how I can help.
Maybe there's something that you need anything, really anything.
I'm going to put some wish lists that I found and go fund me's in the show notes.
If you know of any wish lists, any go fund me's, send them my way.
I'll put them in the show notes on my story.
Anything that I can help, please, please, please let me know.
Now for today's episode, I want to talk about something that I was thinking about this past week.
And that is, thank God, certain people have left me because I would have never left them.
I always get questions from you guys about how to deal with breakups and friendships ending and how to let go of things that matter a lot to you.
I know firsthand how difficult going through those losses are.
