  • Hey, it's your friend Mel, and welcome to the Mel Robbins Podcast.

  • Is it just me or is there something about this time of year that suddenly makes you feel like life is on overdrive?

  • You know, I thought about this a lot because I feel like I'm already a very busy person.

  • But I feel like I'm hyperventilating and sprinting through the day.

  • Because if I'm being honest with you, I don't just feel this crazy busyness this time of the year.

  • I struggle with being too busy all year long.

  • And so I would love to calm down, I would love to get control of this, I would love to slow down.
