And for a while I didn't know what she was talking about.
And then it hit me.
Oh wait, she's talking about your mindset, your attitude, and how much your mindset matters.
And what I love about that simple saying, whether you think you can or you think you can't, you're right, is that simple sayings like that can make a surprisingly big difference in your life.
And that's what you and I are going to talk about today.
I have nine simple changes.
And what's super cool about these simple changes is each one of them has a fun little way to remember it.
It's got a little saying that goes with it.
It's kind of stuff that your grandma would tell you or you'd read in a book and you're like, oh, that's so true.
And today I'm going to be sharing these nine simple changes that make a surprisingly big difference with you.
One thing about living in Southern Vermont is that it is dark by dinnertime.
In fact, it's dark at 4:30pm which means I'm all about finding some calm.
