Thank you a lot, Tango.
As always, I am not with Chris Yang.
Chris Yang is doing something more important.
I'm joined with producers Kelsey and David.
I'm in Philadelphia.
I've been here for the week.
I'm going to be in New York for a dinner with Paul Carmichael at on Friday.
But I'm here for Thursday Night Football where the commanders are going to play the Eagles.
We've been filming which you can watch on Amazon prime where I'm going to talk a little bit about roast pork.
And you might ask what is a roast pork sandwich here in Philadelphia?
I think the most famous and longest running examples at John's Roast Pork, it's right near the airport.
They also serve one of my arguably favorite versions of a cheesesteak here in Philadelphia.
But a roast pork sandwich is usually sliced shoulder or ham in a slow roasted Italian spices and then resting in its juices, served with some rapini vegetable like broccoli rabe.
John serves it with spinach.
Some places do hot peppers or sweet peppers and that's about it.
And you can ask for extra jus.
It's moist, it's, it's to me the more desirable sandwich of the two.
When you think about sandwiches, you probably think about cheesesteaks.
And I've been coming to Philadelphia pretty much my entire life.
