Hey, and welcome Back to the A24 podcast.
You probably know Sadie Sink and Finn Wolfhard from Netflix's Stranger Things.
But lucky for all of us, they're also the stars of two new A24 movies, the Whale and When youn Finish Saving the World.
For today's episode, we brought Sadie and Finn together to talk about growing up on screen playing angsty teenagers and how they held their own acting opposite Brendan Fraser and Julianne Moore.
We hope you enjoy the conversation and make sure you catch the Whale opening nationwide this holiday weekend.
Hi, I'm Finn Wolfhard.
Hi, I'm Sadie Cink.
We're on the A24 podcast because.
Because we both have A24 films.
Look at us.
Yeah, look at us.
What is your film?
Yeah, I did a movie called when he finished Saving the World, which Jesse Eisenberg wrote and directed.
What's yours?
My film is called the Whale, which Darren Aronofsky directed.
Yes.
When did you film it?
I filmed it in, like, 2021.
It was a really weird process because it was right when Covid was happening.
Like, because when we were shooting Stranger Things 4, they were trying to figure out if I had time to do it.
