US President elect Donald Trump has named Elon Musk to a role aimed at creating a more efficient government, handing even more influence to the world's richest man who donated millions of dollars to help Trump get elected.
And the Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, the spiritual leader of Anglicans worldwide, resigned in sorrow yesterday, saying he'd failed to ensure a proper investigation into allegations of abuse by a volunteer at Christian summer camps decades ago.

The Joint Arab League, an organization of Islamic cooperation, the OIC summit hosted by Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed in Riyadh, released a step on Monday demanding that Israel immediately stop its military aggression in Gaza and Lebanon.
The 57 member OIC and 22 member Arab League include countries that recognize Israel and those firmly opposed to its regional integration.
