With memes circulating that decry the lack of diversity and inclusivity within the industry, it can often feel like fashion not only doesn't care, but is actively ignoring the grim reality and structural issues. This week, Ione and Gina are debating if change is ever possible within an oppressive system, what the failure of diversity efforts mean, and how we as consumers can strive for change.
