Hello and welcome to the Stack.
For this week's show, I welcome to our studio Sergio Davila, the editor in chief of Brazilian daily Folia de so Paulo, which has recently been redesigned.
We also feature a new photography led title on the topic of transport.
Enjoy the show.
From Midori Housing London, this is the stack.
30 minutes of print industry analysis and I am Fernando Gusto Pacheco to start the show.
A real pleasure to welcome to our studios in Dorset Street, Sergio Davila, editor in chief of Foliate so Paulo.
And I gotta tell you listeners, my passion for magazines and newspapers.
It all started when I was a little kid in Brazil.
And I'll never forget when I was eight years old, when my uncle gave me a subscription of Folia de so Paulo.
Since then I was hooked.
Sergio tells me about the plans for Foglia next year and how the paper is covering the US elections.
And finally the decision to move the paper to a Berliner format.
I came to London for two events.
The main one was international seminar that we held with our sister company.
It's the largest portal in Latin America.
And with lide, which is a non government group that promotes this kind of events.
And the second one is a meeting, a speech I did in Oxford at the Reuters Institute for Journalism.
I spoke to fellow journalists from all over the world about what are the main issues regarding Brazilian journalism right now.
That's very interesting.
