Hello and welcome to the Stack.
One thing I can tell you about this week's show is that it's full of friendly faces.
From Mac Coach's Jeremy Leslie telling us about his upcoming event in New York, to creative director Veronica Ditting on a retrospective of her work at DDD Gallery in Kyoto.
And finally, it's Wimbledon time.
So of course we have the thing of Racket magazine here.
Enjoy the show.
From Midori Housing London, this is the stack.
30 minutes of print industry analysis and I am Fernando Gustoba to start the show.
It is always a pleasure to welcome the founder of Wrecked magazine, Kaitlyn Thompson, together with her managing partner, Steph Jung.
Wreck it always goes big on Wimbledon, and the new Refreshed issue is a delight.
I can describe it as cheeky and also attention to all the fans of Wimbledon, the movie.
There's an oral history of the film in the new issue.
But let's hear now from Caitlin and Steph telling me all the delights of Racket issue 24 and about the success of the brand media.
It's a farm to table process.
Even when you're aspiring to win the world over, as is Racket, I think sometimes you need to take a second understand, calibrate where you are in the brand growth.
And I realized it was actually through a conversation with a gentleman who runs Front Office Sports, who's just brilliant and a startup guy, and we were having a conversation about where our brands were at the moment, our journalistic entities, but also the larger brand footprint.
And he said, you know, I've been doing this for about 10 years.
It's been a brand for about 10 years, but it's really only been a business for about five.
And that really struck with me because I thought, huh, Racket is now in its ninth year.
I'm so proud of it.
