  • Hello and welcome to the Stack.

  • This week we discuss Lemons with the Gourman's David Lane.

  • A book on how to convert music into words.

  • A new title from Tokyo.

  • And we speak with the founder of one of the best magazine shops out there.

  • Enjoy the show.

  • From Midori Housing London, this is the stack.

  • 30 minutes of print industry analysis and I am Fernando Gusto Pacheco.

  • To start the show.

  • We welcome back award winning creative director David Lane, founder of Lane and Associates.

  • Many of you will know him from the work he did at De Gourmand magazine.

  • Lane is also currently contributing for Hermes in house magazine Le Monde d'hermes.

  • He stopped by at our studio to talk about his beautiful new book together with Marina Tweed, the Gourmand's Lemon, published by Taschen.

  • And the second in the series with stories and recipes from the single ingredient.

  • Welcome, David.

  • Thanks for having me back.

  • I can't remember the last time I was here.

  • Definitely a good few years ago.

  • So the magazine, in my opinion, never died.

  • I mean, the brand is very strong, the Guruman.
