Hello and welcome to the Stack.
This week we discuss Lemons with the Gourman's David Lane.
A book on how to convert music into words.
A new title from Tokyo.
And we speak with the founder of one of the best magazine shops out there.
Enjoy the show.
From Midori Housing London, this is the stack.
30 minutes of print industry analysis and I am Fernando Gusto Pacheco.
To start the show.
We welcome back award winning creative director David Lane, founder of Lane and Associates.
Many of you will know him from the work he did at De Gourmand magazine.
Lane is also currently contributing for Hermes in house magazine Le Monde d'hermes.
He stopped by at our studio to talk about his beautiful new book together with Marina Tweed, the Gourmand's Lemon, published by Taschen.
And the second in the series with stories and recipes from the single ingredient.
Welcome, David.
Thanks for having me back.
I can't remember the last time I was here.
Definitely a good few years ago.
So the magazine, in my opinion, never died.
I mean, the brand is very strong, the Guruman.
