This is Dr.
Mohammed Salha, the Acting Director of the Al Awa Hospital which is in northern Gaza.
Since this time till now, nothing is entered to the north.
No food, no water, no medication, no medical supplies and for loud enough fuel till now the generator is running only five hours per day.
And doing the operations in these five hours, making the sterilization now in the all the north is only one surgeon doing the life saving operation.
Since the beginning of the offensive, the Israelis have been pounding northern Gaza and Dr.
Salha says hitting civilians relentlessly.
People are being killed all the time and they're fleeing in vast numbers.
According to UNRA, more than 80% of the population has gone.
