Steve grew up just north of the border in British Columbia and spent a lot of time in the surrounding parks, but he never saw anything out of the ordinary until one night when he took his dog on a walk with his friends and saw something he couldn't explain staring at him from behind the foliage. As a Ford owner, there are lots of choices of where to get your vehicle serviced.
You could choose to go to their place, the local dealership, your place, home, apartment, or condo.
Your workplace, even your happy place, like your cottage on the lake.
Go to your Ford dealer, or choose Ford pickup and delivery to have your vehicle picked up, serviced, and brought right back.
Or choose mobile service, where a technician will come to you and do routine maintenance right on the spot.
Both are complementary and depend on your location.
That's ownership built around you.
Contact your participating dealer or visit FordService.com for important details and limitations.
Welcome to Otherworld.
I'm your host, Jack Wagner.
This story is from somebody named Steve, and it takes place in a kind of unique location right on the border of the United States and Canada on the West Coast.
Pretty much as close to the US Border as you can, right along the water.
Steve, who you're about to hear from, is a software engineer and the type of person who would not normally be open to believing the type of thing that he ended up witnessing himself.
In fact, I think he still struggles with comprehending it to this day.
Steve's story is one of my favorite types of stories, which is one where a person is just kind of moving through their day, a day that probably would have otherwise been unremarkable, a day that they would have just completely forgotten about, and then suddenly, out of nowhere, they come face to face with something that they cannot explain.
In Steve's case, him and his friends were strolling through a park on this particular night, strumming an acoustic guitar and walking a dog.
I will let Steve take it from here.
This is episode 95.
The title is Qamis Point, and you're listening to Otherworld.
Hello, is this Bobby?
