I have a fun fact to share.
So I was recently approached to audition for the Love is Blind.
You know, the infamous dating show which essentially tests the idea that you can fall in love before ever seeing each other.
Hands down, she's everything that I could have ever imagined and then some.

Of course I'll marry you.
Oh, my God.
As much as I was flattered, I'm skeptical about these dating shows and the gamification of love and particularly how they can portray you for entertainment value.
Because how can someone ever know who my perfect match is?
With Love island starting again this week and the next season of Married at First Sight uk, rumored to be starting in August, I wanted to know what goes on behind the scenes of these matchmaking shows.
