You're listening to the Global Countdown first broadcast on the briefing on 7 November.
It is last thing on Thursday's briefing, which means it is, yes, time for Fernando Augusto Pacheco's Global Countdown, which this week at least can't be the worst thing that's going to happen.
Fernando, welcome to the show.
And this week is the global Global Countdown.
I know.
What do you mean by global Global Countdown?
So I'll explain.
Billboard, which is the iconic American publication that you know, celebrates the American charts now they have a chart called the Global 200 where they literally look at the charts around the world.
So the five songs we're gonna play here are the songs that are dominating the charts.
You know, from Ghana to Australia to Brazil, of course they combine the numbers.
So it'll be interesting to see which countries actually are doing well.
You think this is a good week to celebr wisdom of the collective, do you?
Well, I think it's a good week perhaps to not go to the US like we did last week.
By the way, it was a lovely one.
I think people should listen to the Global Countdown from last week where we looked at.
I mean it's not impossible that this is all in some way your fault, Fernando.
I mean I can draw up the flow chart.
It could be my fault, I mean, but shall we start at number five?
That seems logical.
It's some very efficient K pop and I say efficient because they know the beats very well.
