Hi, Georgie, how are you doing this week?
Are you feeling healthy?
Today I'm feeling healthy.
I had a healthy lunch.
But this weekend I ate a lot of chocolate.
And this week we're talking about our healthy or not so healthy habits.
Okay, well, let's get started.
Neil, what do you do to stay healthy?
Well, I try to eat well.
So that means not eating too much.
Not eating too much fat or salt or sugar.
But that's what I try to do.
Not always what I do.
It's really difficult for me especially, it's difficult not to eat too much sugar.
