You know, writing these recipes was very cool.
Thinking sort of old but current, like the past and now and the future all at the same time.
It made me really quite happy.

When you look back and you're cooking now, you kind of capture something really human and something that's really relatable because it's all of our stories all together at the same time.
So the one that we're going to do today is the jalapeno green seasoning roast chicken.
