I'm making a blood orange garibaldi, which is like a proper old school New York cocktail.

So this is a sort of like, heralding in the spring, although I have to say, teague throughout February in London that we live in, everyone's always like, it's spring.
It's like, no, it's winter.
Life is short.
We just enjoy winter.
And when spring comes, spring comes.
So this is heralding in the spring, but I'm in no rush.
