Hi, I'm Margie Nomura and welcome to the Desert Island Dishes podcast.
This is the podcast where every week I ask my guests to choose their seven desert island dishes.
These range from finding out about the dish that most reminds them of their childhood, the best dish they've ever eaten, and of course, the last dish they would choose to eat before being cast off to the desert island.
The question is, what would you choose as your last meal?
Hi, I hope you're all very well.
We have a special bonus episode of Desert Island Dishes for you today with Rachel Bell.
Rachel is the host of the youe Last Meal podcast in America, which is very similar in premise to Desert Island Dishes in that Rachel talks to a guest about their last meal on Earth.
Of course, there are lots of podcasts about food, but they are all different in their own way, not least because of the interviewer, the guests they choose, and the serious deep dives that Rachel does into one of the dishes that her guests choose is really interesting.
The similar premise of the two shows just made us think it would be perfect for a crossover and also quite fun for me to interview an interviewer.
I do hope you enjoyed this little bonus episode and see you next time for more Desert island dishes.
