49 分钟My guest today is Tom Kerridge. Tom is a 3 star Michelin chef – his pub the Hand and Flowers in Marlow was the first pub to be awarded 2 Michelin stars. He’s been in the business for 27 years and my goodness has he done a lot of things. His second pub in Marlow, The Coach also has a Michelin star - he has a butchers / pub and last year he opened his first London restaurant – Kerridge’s Bar and Grill at the Corinthia Hotel London. As if this wasn’t enough, Tom has written best selling cookbooks, appeared on and hosted many TV shows, he started a food festival and has a catering business. The cherry on the top is that The Sun describes him as “The culinary master”, Metro has said he is a “national treasure” and GQ says he is a “human sunbeam”.
