  • It is 909 days since Russia began its full scale invasion of Ukraine.

  • It's now two weeks since Ukrainian troops entered Russia.

  • But what happens next?

  • What are Ukraine's long term goals and how is that incursion being received back home?

  • Well, apparently Ukrainians are making marginal advances.

  • Reports coming out of Kursk region suggested that Ukrainian forces had targeted three key bridges.

  • And also yesterday, President Zelensky made a very interesting statement and I only think there's one way of interpreting it.

  • I thought what he said was an acknowledgment that Ukraine had not told its Western allies about the impending incursion into Kursk region.

  • So it's, it's getting interesting.

  • But there is a Russian offensive taking place around the town of Pokrovsk.

  • So we have this, I think, unique situation since the full scale invasion began, where both sides are advancing on each other's territory and both sides are seeing large numbers of civilians being evacuated touch.

  • And go, both in Kursk region and Pokrovsk.

  • And we're going to hear how Ukrainians feel about that in today's episode.

  • And please, if you've got any questions about what's unfolding in Ukraine and indeed in Russia, do get in touch.
