From PRX Friends Beyond Binary.
Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, it's time for the podcaster who's here to keep you company and take your mind off of stuff.
We're going to go from Vermont to Chicago by way of dreams, both fictionally, because it's time for this is episode of Dreaming in Newhart.
Very different.
TV podcast show.
TV podcast show.
Those are three words that are not related at all.
What are you watching?
TV podcast show.
Oh really?
What's a TV podcast show?
It's something a sleep podcaster says when he gets.
When he was trying to make a point that he didn't prepare for ahead of time, then he got mixed up.
But when he says TV podcast show, he really is showing why he's qualified to make a sleep podcast because he makes a show called Sleep with Me Occasionally.
He doesn't talk about himself in the third person.
He talks about himself as an imaginary, not even an imaginary third person narrator, but he puts himself in the listener's shoes only imaginarily, but only like not in their shoes.
The place where their feet are, you know, where they are.
And he says, yeah, that's why I'm qualified to make a sleep podcast.
Because I never, I'm always barely, never making any sense.
Because I'm here to keep people company in the deep dark night.
