You feel a certain way, you take actions that line up with how you feel.
That's all good and well when you've had a great day, like when you have a good day, you have a great cup of coffee, you got a whole lot of sleep, you wake up and you watch the sunrise.
You put your children on the school bus and they kiss you goodbye, Papa, I love you.
And you're like, this is a great fucking day.
Right?
All of that is good.
But what about the days when you aren't feeling it, when you just feel like crap?
Maybe you got crappy sleep, maybe you don't.
Maybe just don't feel as upbeat as you like to.
