North Carolina and Georgia were two states that the Democrats were eyeing up in their bid to make Kamala Harris the first female president in US history. But with those states now out of play, the Harris campaign is pinning its hopes on winning the "blue wall" states and the crucial state of Pennsylvania, which Fox News has already declared for the former president.
