单集文稿 ...

  • Leadership is sharing power with others to accomplish the essential tasks of life.

  • To build community and dignity with a clear mind and compassion.

  • Would you let a robot lead you?

  • Meet Ada the robot.

  • It requires an ability to listen and the capability to learn and grow with a clear mind and compassion.

  • Ada is a robotic art exhibition created by the artist Aidan Meller.

  • She's an ultra realistic robot who can draw and paint and give speeches about the troubling impacts of new technologies.

  • Her artwork makes people think about how AI and technology is changing the world.

  • So what's Adas top tip for leaders of the future?

  • In order to truly appreciate the opportunities that are emerging, we need to first understand the past.

  • With this, we can be more aware and flexible to deal with an unpredictable future.

  • The world is changing.

  • The future is not what we consider it to be.

  • It is requiring from us a willingness to give up our comfort zone.

  • Ada says that future leaders need to give up their comfort zone or the ways of working which feel familiar and safe.

  • But what should leaders not do?

  • Ignore themselves.

  • It is a component of leadership that the individual takes responsibility for their own well being, dignity and happiness, and is prepared to take steps to change your life.

  • Many of the leaders in this series have talked about the importance of teamwork.

  • But Ada says good leaders should also be individuals.
