That it sometimes doesn't feel good in the body when certain things are discussed and that it can feel uncomfortable.
And just really broadly, as we're talking about, and we're going to be talking a lot more about and going into season four, structural trauma and how different systems in society impact the nervous system differently for different people.
And that is not to invalidate anyone's experience of trauma.
Trauma is not comparative.
Right?
Like, it's not like my trauma is bigger than.

But there just needs to be a recognition.
