As a plural noun, it can talk about a general situation that affects something else.
The weather conditions are good today.
Our product failed because the market conditions were not good.
As a singular noun, it can just refer to the physical state of something.
Im not paying that that cars in terrible condition.
I need to do more exercise.
Im not in good condition.
A condition is a thing thats necessary for something else to happen.
Contracts and agreements often have these.

It's in the conditions of sale.
So conditions are circumstances.
The condition of something is what state it's in.
And a condition allows something to happen.
