  • My name is Amy Whitney, and I'm here with Curtis Davies from realenglishconversations.com.

  • and today we're going to continue on with the second part of our conversation, discussing the summer vacation that we went on.

  • We told you in the last episode all of the different things that we did in Guadalajara, and this time we're going to be talking about the time that we spent in Massamitla.

  • So, Curtis, where is Massamitla and what is this town like?

  • Massamitla is about two and a half hours driving from Guadalajara, so it was really easy to get to, and it's got a lot of character.

  • They call it one of the magic towns.

  • And I think it's because this town, specifically, Masamitla, looks like a historical european swiss town.

  • It's like Switzerland.

  • The buildings have that kind of decoration.

  • Maybe it's not historical.

  • We don't have buildings from like the 15 hundreds, but they've got, like, the buildings are kind of all painted white and they have wooden on the.

  • I don't know how to describe them.

  • But anyway, you can google Mass Amitlo if you want to see what the town looks like.

  • And it's a little cooler.
