Hi, welcome back to Eat yout Crust podcast.
I'm Jisoo.
I'm Crystal.
And I'm Balmy.
Welcome, Balmit.
Balmit is a new voice on the podcast, and we wanted to bring him on to chat about unplugging and kind of also balancing your life.
With all of this technology constantly around us, I think it's more and more on our minds lately thinking about how to be more productive, how to, like, rot on the bed and couch less and not get so sucked into social media and technology and all of that stuff.
So we thought it would be an interesting topic to discuss.
So I guess to start us off, on a scale of 1 to 10, how chronically online do you think you are?
Yeah, that's a good question.
And I was thinking about this.
Probably like a 7 or 8, which I don't know if that's the number that you were expecting, per se, but I was thinking about it.
What do I do where I don't necessarily go online?
Like, social media is an obvious one where, you know, keep track of people's lives, or you just kind of like doom scrolling, rotting on the couch media, like, in terms of sports or politics or whatever.
You get most of that stuff online.
Or at least I do games, shopping.
I do a lot of stuff online.
All of my hobbies, I kind of have an avenue online.
So I'm into climbing.
I got into chess, like, during COVID Those are some of the YouTubers I follow.
