Rashi Thakran is a 25 year old mental health advocate from Bangalore in India.
In 2019, she lost her 18 year old brother Raghav to suicide.
She campaigned for the creation of Indias 1st 24/7 suicide helpline, which launched in September 2020.
She works and lives in London and is here with me in the studio.
