To help us understand the challenges and rewards of raising boys, we have two educators with us today who are inspiring the next generation of young men.
Rosalind Weitzman is a best selling author.
She wrote nine books, including the New York Times bestseller Queen Bees and Wannabes, which was the basis for the movie mean girls and masterminds and Wingmen, a book looking at the complex world of teenage boys.
She's the mother of two sons and here in the studio with me today is Fina Chichi Akiji.
She is a british nigerian parenting coach.
She's the founder of parenting teen solutions and empowering the next generation, two organizations helping parents and teachers understand today's teenagers.
She's raising three sons and a daughter.
